📍 Where We Ship
We deliver nationwide across South Africa.
Whether you're in a big city or a small town, we'll get your biltong to your doorstep—fresh and flavour-packed.
🚚 Delivery Timeframes
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–3 working days from the time your payment is confirmed.
Delivery usually takes:
- 1–4 working days in major cities
- 3–7 working days in outlying or rural areas
Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on courier schedules, load shedding, or public holidays.
💸 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size—so you'll always see the exact amount before you pay.
FREE DELIVERY on all orders over R1000!
🔍 Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your biltong all the way to your front door.
🌿 Packaging & Freshness
All products are packaged in gas-flushed, sealed packs to lock in maximum freshness—no refrigeration needed while the pack is sealed.
Once it's open, just keep your biltong in a cool, dry place or an airtight container to enjoy it at its best. We take extra care to keep everything clean, safe, and properly packed—just like we do in the Karoo.
🏠 Missed Deliveries & Wrong Addresses
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout—it helps us get your order to you first time.
If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address or a missed delivery, no stress—we'll arrange to send it out again (a small redelivery fee may apply).
💛 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care with every order, but if something arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a quick photo.
We'll sort it out straight away with a replacement or refund. As biltong is a fresh, perishable product, we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns—but we've always got your back if something's not right.
